Only eight dApps in the ecosystem have a TVL exceeding <strong>$10 million<\/strong>, indicating that the network is struggling to attract investors and developers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, Cardano&#8217;s stablecoin supply has remained stagnant at <strong>$30 million<\/strong> in recent months, a negligible figure compared to the stablecoin industry valued at over $250 billion. In this particular area, Cardano significantly outperforms its competitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"new-initiatives-announced-to-stimulate-ecosystem-growth\">New Initiatives Announced to Stimulate Ecosystem Growth<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Charles Hoskinson<\/strong> and his team at Input Output are working on several initiatives to strengthen Cardano&#8217;s ecosystem growth. They&#8217;re developing <strong>Leios<\/strong>, a network update that will introduce parallel processing to <strong>increase throughput<\/strong>. Another initiative, Midnight, is a layer-2 network using zero-knowledge proofs (zkp) to <strong>enhance transaction privacy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While promising, it remains uncertain whether these initiatives will succeed in attracting more developers to Cardano, as competitors like <strong>Unichain, Sonic, Sui, or Berachain<\/strong> continue to gain traction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"technical-analysis-is-a-bearish-pattern-forming-on-cardano\">Technical Analysis : Is a Bearish Pattern Forming on Cardano<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On the technical front, Cardano&#8217;s daily chart indicates <strong>bearish momentum<\/strong>. ADA&#8217;s price fell below its 20-day MA yesterday before recovering it this morning, currently trading at <strong>$0.58<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"766\" src=\"https:\/\/preprod.investx.fr\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/07\/image-50.jpeg\" alt=\"Cardano ADA price chart in 12H timeframe\" class=\"wp-image-11774\" srcset=\"https:\/\/media-preprod.investx.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/07\/image-50.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/media-preprod.investx.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/07\/image-50-300x224.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/media-preprod.investx.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/07\/image-50-768x575.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Mean Reversion Channel, if Bitcoin continues its upward trajectory, ADA could reach the resistance zone at <strong>$0.8<\/strong> in the coming weeks. This represents a potential increase of <strong>40%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the shorter term, the resistance zone between <strong>$0.61 and $0.65<\/strong> must be maintained as support to attempt breaking through the <strong>$0.7<\/strong> level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, Cardano has formed an inverted cup pattern, a technical signal for bearish continuation. Currently in the &#8220;handle&#8221; section of this pattern, a break below the lower support could pave the way for potential declines to the 78.6% retracement level at <strong>$0.50<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Warning signals are mounting around Cardano, with sharply declining DeFi TVL, low stablecoin adoption, and a bearish technical pattern. Although Input Output&#8217;s team is working on promising initiatives, it&#8217;s difficult to predict whether they&#8217;ll be enough to energize the Cardano ecosystem against competition from newer blockchains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nevertheless, the 12H RSI has reached <strong>extreme oversold levels<\/strong>. The worst appears to be over for Cardano.
