Faced with this situation, <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.investx.fr\/en\/crypto-news\/mysterious-whale-50x-gains-hyperliquid\/\">Hyperliquid<\/a> had to announce the delisting of JELLY, but the damage to investor confidence was already done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed aligncenter is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Who wants a <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%24HYPE&amp;src=ctag&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">$HYPE<\/a> -17% discount? <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/BurznQcxdi\">pic.twitter.com\/BurznQcxdi<\/a><\/p>&mdash; CryptoBusy (@CryptoBusy) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CryptoBusy\/status\/1904928614103343516?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 26, 2025<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Indeed, the price of the HYPE token plummeted by over <strong>22%<\/strong> in just 24 hours, dropping its market cap below the <strong>$5 billion<\/strong> mark. Investors are now fearing further instability and the possibility of similar attacks on the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"technical-analysis-rebound-or-sharp-decline\"><strong>Technical Analysis: Rebound or Sharp Decline?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The technical <strong>indicators <\/strong>of <strong>HYPE<\/strong> clearly reflect the negative impact of this news. Its Relative Strength Index (<strong>RSI<\/strong>) has dropped to <strong>27.70<\/strong> in 3H, from <strong>67<\/strong> just two days ago, indicating a strong shift to a bearish trend. In fact, the token has exited its upward channel. This could also lead to <strong>smart money accumulation<\/strong> as retail investors panic.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"676\" src=\"https:\/\/preprod.investx.fr\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/03\/HYPEUSD_2025-03-27_08-54-55-1024x676-1.jpg\" alt=\"HYPE price in 3H\" class=\"wp-image-1294\" srcset=\"https:\/\/media.investx.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/03\/HYPEUSD_2025-03-27_08-54-55-1024x676-1.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/media.investx.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/03\/HYPEUSD_2025-03-27_08-54-55-1024x676-1-300x198.jpg 300w, https:\/\/media.investx.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/03\/HYPEUSD_2025-03-27_08-54-55-1024x676-1-768x507.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Although not yet in extreme <strong>oversold<\/strong> territory, this level indicates <strong>seller control<\/strong> and hints at further declines if <strong>investor sentiment<\/strong> does not improve quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, the BBTrend, which measures trend strength, has decreased from <strong>10 to 6.97<\/strong>, showing a significant weakening of the bullish momentum, although it remains positive. If this measure continues to decline, it could confirm a <strong>slowdown in positive momentum<\/strong>, keeping HYPE under pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chaikin Money Flow has also turned back to red, indicating an outflow of capital. However, it is displaying a higher score than on March 18th, when it was trading at a lower price of <strong>$12<\/strong>. This is a <strong>divergence<\/strong> that could signal a reversal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ichimoku has turned back to red in 3H. HYPE will need to quickly climb back above <strong>$15.9<\/strong> to sustain its upward movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"key-levels-for-hyperliquid\"><strong>Key Levels for Hyperliquid<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If the current correction continues, HYPE could soon test a key support at <strong>$13.91<\/strong>. A downside break of this level would likely add additional selling pressure, with supports at <strong>$12.82 and $12.06<\/strong> in case of further decline.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"676\" src=\"https:\/\/preprod.investx.fr\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/03\/HYPEUSD_2025-03-27_09-02-33-1024x676-1.jpg\" alt=\"HYPE price with key levels\" class=\"wp-image-1296\" srcset=\"https:\/\/media.investx.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/03\/HYPEUSD_2025-03-27_09-02-33-1024x676-1.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/media.investx.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/03\/HYPEUSD_2025-03-27_09-02-33-1024x676-1-300x198.jpg 300w, https:\/\/media.investx.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/03\/HYPEUSD_2025-03-27_09-02-33-1024x676-1-768x507.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Conversely, if <strong>HYPE <\/strong>manages to bounce back from the prevailing negative sentiment, it could attempt to break the resistance at <strong>$17.03<\/strong>, a level it tried to reach just three days ago without success. Beyond that, a bullish momentum could drive it up to <strong>$19.2 or $21.8<\/strong>, the <strong>50 and 100-day moving averages<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In conclusion, the <strong>JELLY <\/strong>incident has severely <strong>dented <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.investx.fr\/en\/crypto-news\/binance-hyperliquid-scandal-unveiled\/\"><strong>investor confidence<\/strong> in the Hyperliquid platform<\/a>, evident by the 22% drop in <strong>HYPE <\/strong>price. While technical indicators hint at further short-term declines, a rebound is still possible if Hyperliquid manages to reassure on the solidity of its model and ecosystem security.
