This unprecedented situation leaves the process in limbo, pending a review by the SEC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bitwise fund offers exposure to a basket of cryptocurrencies, including <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.investx.fr\/en\/learn\/crypto\/bitcoin\/\">Bitcoin<\/a> (BTC) and <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.investx.fr\/en\/learn\/crypto\/ethereum\/\">Ethereum<\/a> (ETH)<\/strong>. Bitwise had requested this conversion last November. According to Nate Geraci, president of NovaDius Wealth Management, this is a &#8220;really bizarre situation,&#8221; similar to the postponement of the Grayscale Digital Large Cap ETF conversion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fbi-closes-investigation-into-kraken-co-founder\">FBI Closes Investigation into Kraken Co-founder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Federal Bureau of Investigation (<strong>FBI<\/strong>) has apparently concluded its investigation into <strong>Jesse Powell<\/strong>, <strong>co-founder of Kraken<\/strong>, and returned the assets seized during a 2023 raid.
