After briefly reaching <strong>$0.163<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.investx.fr\/en\/crypto-news\/dogecoin-etf-launch-imminent-buy-doge-dip\/\">Dogecoin<\/a> dropped below the critical level of <strong>$0.16<\/strong>, signaling a <strong>clear false breakout.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This movement is particularly significant as it comes after a widespread market surge driven by Bitcoin, which surged <strong>10%<\/strong> from <strong>$75,200 to $84,300<\/strong> over the same period. However, with Bitcoin dropping back to around $83,500, the positive impact on altcoins like Dogecoin has faded. Nevertheless, the cloud has turned green in 4H, indicating a <strong>possible rebound<\/strong> if the market and Bitcoin climb again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, this failure to sustain buying pressure highlights a structural weakness. Far from a trend reversal, this rally was merely a temporary reaction to external news, and the risk of <strong>continuing correction remains high.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"a-30-drop-according-to-analysts\"><strong>A 30% Drop According to Analysts<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>RLinda highlights in their analysis that Dogecoin is still moving within a descending channel, characterized by lower highs and lower lows since February 14. The false breakout above <strong>$0.162<\/strong> offered hope of an exit from this downtrend channel, but the reality is different. A close below the <strong>$0.13646<\/strong> threshold could push the price towards <strong>$0.1277<\/strong> and even <strong>$0.1154<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreso, a weekly drop to <strong>$0.14217<\/strong> opens the way for a <strong>30%<\/strong> correction, with major support at <strong>$0.1025<\/strong> as the last line of defense. RLinda also does not rule out a retest of the descending channel resistance before a new dive, which would bolster the bearish pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"which-indicators-to-follow\"><strong>Which Indicators to Follow ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>From a technical standpoint, several signals support this bearish scenario. The RSI (Relative Strength Index) remains in the <strong>oversold zone<\/strong>, indicating persistent weakness from buyers. Additionally, the decline in transaction volumes reflects increasing <strong>disinterest<\/strong>, a common trait during prolonged correction phases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond technical analysis, the macroeconomic context plays a crucial role. While Trump&#8217;s tariff pause briefly boosted Bitcoin and altcoins, the effect is fading fast. Investors, including whales, appear to be taking a <strong>cautious stance<\/strong>, limiting fresh capital injections into highly volatile assets like <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.investx.fr\/en\/crypto-news\/dogecoin-foundation-launches-strategic-reserve\/\">Dogecoin<\/a>.
