On Cardano&#8217;s daily charts, this indicator is currently sliding <strong>towards the oversold zone<\/strong>, standing below 30 points. Historically, such a low RSI on ADA has often preceded significant rebounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This phenomenon reflects excessive selling pressure, which could soon ease. In this scenario, some buyers might see it as <strong>an undervalued crypto<\/strong>, creating an opportunity to build up long positions!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, be cautious! This single signal is not sufficient. It will need to be confirmed by other elements to convince the market that Cardano&#8217;s price is ready to reverse the trend. This level is not random. Indeed, it represents a triple technical confluence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Firstly, it corresponds to the Fibonacci retracement 0.618. Traders often refer to it as the &#8220;golden pocket,&#8221; associated with rebound zones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secondly, it marks a historical horizontal support often defended by buyers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally, it coincides with a high-density exchange zone: the renowned value area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This support could therefore serve as <strong>a strong base for a turnaround<\/strong> if crypto investors decide to defend it. However, the essential condition is trading volume. Currently, it remains low, limiting the credibility of a rebound! An increase in activity in this area would strengthen the likelihood of an upward movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the <strong>Cardano price<\/strong> bounces off this level, buyers could target a return to $0.70 to $0.75. This would represent an increase of nearly 18%.
