However, <strong>Brussels<\/strong> is imposing strict conditions: the agreement must not be permanent, and <strong>mutual concessions<\/strong> are necessary. The EU specifically wants Washington to reciprocate by removing barriers for European exports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"european-proposals-focused-on-cars-and-liquefied-natural-gas-to-trump\">European Proposals Focused on Cars and Liquefied Natural Gas to TRUMP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To showcase goodwill, the EU is willing to <strong>lower<\/strong> its own tariffs on <strong>American cars<\/strong> and ease technical and regulatory hurdles for American manufacturers in the European market. Furthermore, Brussels proposes to completely <strong>stop purchasing Russian gas<\/strong>, making Europe more reliant on American liquefied natural gas in the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These concessions are aimed at persuading the White House <strong>not to escalate<\/strong> further with protectionist measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"a-beneficial-deal-for-markets\">A Beneficial Deal for Markets ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Financial markets, including the <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.investx.fr\/en\/crypto-investing\/\">cryptocurrency<\/a> sector, could benefit from such a trade agreement. Investors dislike uncertainty, and a fixed 10% tariff would provide <strong>clarity<\/strong> at the very least.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For businesses, this would mean <strong>fewer unforeseen costs<\/strong>, which would be advantageous for their profit margins.
