This is the closing price as of June 17 on the <strong>Nasdaq First North Growth Market<\/strong>. The goal is to raise at least <strong>85 million Swedish kronor<\/strong>, which will be used to bolster the company&#8217;s BTC holdings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">BREAKING: \ud83c\uddf3\ud83c\uddf4 Norwegian firm K33 has raised SEK 85M ($9 million) to buy up to 1,000 BTC. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/vOfh8UWPtK\">pic.twitter.com\/vOfh8UWPtK<\/a><\/p>&mdash; Coinvo (@ByCoinvo) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ByCoinvo\/status\/1935261367507828952?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 18, 2025<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the announcement, K33 aims to <strong>acquire up to 1,000 BTC<\/strong> through this fundraising round. This substantial increase in exposure to <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.investx.fr\/en\/crypto-news\/bitcoin\/\">Bitcoin<\/a> will allow the company to diversify its portfolio, enhance its margins, and promote scalable growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"significant-investor-interest\">Significant Investor Interest<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The issuance of shares has already generated significant investor interest, with commitments from existing and new investors. K33&#8217;s CEO, Torbj\u00f8rn Bull Jenssen, has personally invested about 100,000 euros in this strategic initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;We firmly believe that <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.investx.fr\/en\/crypto-investing\/buy\/bitcoin\/\">Bitcoin<\/a> represents <strong>the future of global finance<\/strong>, and we are positioning K33 to make the most of it,&#8221; said Jenssen.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>share allocations<\/strong> will be determined by the board of directors based on criteria such as order size, existing holdings, investor suitability, market conditions, and strategic priorities. Allocation notifications are expected around June 23, with settlement and trading of shares commencing in early July.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"massive-btc-accumulation-a-change-of-pace\">Massive BTC Accumulation : A Change of Pace<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This new fundraising effort is part of K33&#8217;s<strong> aggressive Bitcoin accumulation strategy<\/strong> throughout the year.
