Additionally, the company intends to introduce a next-generation treasury reserve backed by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.investx.fr\/en\/learn\/crypto\/solana\/\">Solana (SOL)<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.investx.fr\/en\/learn\/crypto\/sui\/\">Sui (SUI)<\/a><\/strong> blockchains, in addition to the HYPE token.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;Hyperliquid is a natural extension of our derivatives business in decentralized markets and reflects our belief that on-chain decentralized execution is the future of trading,&#8221; stated Wilson Wang, CEO of Lion Group Holding.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The executive referred to <strong>SOL and SUI as &#8220;key pillars&#8221;<\/strong> in the company&#8217;s treasury strategy, focused on &#8220;execution-first&#8221; protocols. These assets will be secured and staked with the assistance of digital trust services provider BitGo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"global-expansion-and-institutional-adoption-of-hype\">Global Expansion and Institutional Adoption of HYPE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The company plans to unlock the first <strong>$10.6 million<\/strong> of the financing within 48 hours of the announcement, coinciding with the resumption of its crypto activities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond its treasury strategy, Lion Group Holding aims to incorporate exposure to <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.investx.fr\/en\/learn\/crypto\/\">cryptocurrencies<\/a> into its existing products and expand access to emerging digital assets, leveraging high-quality institutional infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;Our strategic shift towards digital assets represents a fundamental evolution in our approach to growth, capital allocation, and product development,&#8221; highlighted Wilson Wang.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>To enhance its global presence, the company is also considering secondary listings on the <strong>Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Singapore Stock Exchange.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In conclusion, with this $600 million financing, Lion Group Holding positions itself as <strong>a key player<\/strong> in the rapidly expanding world of crypto treasury management.
