La funci\u00f3n de swap integrada da la ilusi\u00f3n de una transacci\u00f3n asegurada por Ledger. El usuario proporcion\u00f3 diligentemente todos los documentos de identidad requeridos, pensando que estaba cumpliendo con las <strong>obligaciones reglamentarias est\u00e1ndar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente lleg\u00f3 la solicitud de <strong>prueba del origen de los fondos<\/strong>, un requisito leg\u00edtimo que el usuario tambi\u00e9n satisfizo proporcionando la documentaci\u00f3n adicional. Todo parec\u00eda desarrollarse con normalidad seg\u00fan los procedimientos habituales de las plataformas de intercambio reguladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero los USDT prometidos nunca llegaron. Peor a\u00fan, CIC dej\u00f3 de responder a las solicitudes, dejando al usuario en un <strong>vac\u00edo legal total<\/strong> con sus 9,5 <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.investx.fr\/es\/noticias-cripto\/bitcoin\/\">BTC<\/a> definitivamente perdidos y sin posibilidad de recurso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ledger-frente-a-las-criticas-no-culpable-pero-implicado\"><strong>Ledger frente a las cr\u00edticas: \u00bfNo culpable, pero implicado?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante esta dram\u00e1tica situaci\u00f3n, el usuario naturalmente se dirigi\u00f3 a Ledger para obtener ayuda. Pensaba leg\u00edtimamente que la empresa francesa <strong>asumir\u00eda alguna responsabilidad<\/strong> en esta transacci\u00f3n realizada a trav\u00e9s de su interfaz oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La respuesta de Ledger fue contundente: al ser <strong>Cripto InterCambio<\/strong> un \u00absocio externo\u00bb, la empresa rechaza categ\u00f3ricamente asumir cualquier responsabilidad por esta p\u00e9rdida. Esta <strong>posici\u00f3n jur\u00eddica t\u00e9cnica<\/strong> ignora completamente la experiencia de usuario que sugiere una integraci\u00f3n nativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta <strong>estrategia de elusi\u00f3n de responsabilidad<\/strong> revela una falla importante en el modelo econ\u00f3mico de los wallets hardware. Changelly, otro <strong>socio principal integrado en Ledger Live<\/strong>, SafePal, Exodus y Trezor, es objeto de acusaciones similares con millones de d\u00f3lares congelados en verificaciones KYC que nunca concluyen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n de Decripto.org, numerosos usuarios reportan <strong>transacciones de 10 BTC<\/strong>, 1.000 <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.investx.fr\/es\/aprender-criptomonedas\/cripto\/ethereum\/\">ETH<\/a> o cientos de miles de USDT bloqueadas durante meses. El soporte de Changelly se limita a respuestas estandarizadas: \u00abestamos investigando, sea paciente\u00bb, sin plazos ni posibilidad de escalamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El caso emblem\u00e1tico de agosto de 2025 implica a un <strong>usuario de Ledger<\/strong> que hab\u00eda convertido 5,4 millones de USDT a trav\u00e9s de Changelly. La transacci\u00f3n permaneci\u00f3 bloqueada durante meses hasta que una empresa externa especializada en litigios financieros intervino para <strong>recuperar los fondos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este \u00e9xito excepcional demuestra que solo una presi\u00f3n jur\u00eddica o medi\u00e1tica permite <strong>desbloquear situaciones<\/strong> que de otro modo podr\u00edan durar indefinidamente.
