Esta a\u00e7\u00e3o dos reguladores est\u00e1 direcionada para a plataforma de apostas crypto <strong>Polymarket<\/strong>, que tem estado sujeita a v\u00e1rias regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es e foi proibida nos EUA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vale ressaltar que o Polymarket foi <strong>bloqueado em 2022<\/strong> para utilizadores americanos. Assim, a Coinbase pode ser obrigada a partilhar informa\u00e7\u00f5es confidenciais de certos utilizadores com a CFTC no \u00e2mbito desta nova investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apesar de nem todos os utilizadores estarem atualmente sob escrut\u00ednio, esta situa\u00e7\u00e3o levanta quest\u00f5es sobre <strong>os limites da privacidade<\/strong> dos dados dos clientes da Coinbase.
