A plataforma de c\u00e2mbio, uma das maiores do setor na altura, colapsou em poucos dias, resultando em perdas significativas para os seus clientes e investidores. Entre estes, estava a <strong>start-up Anthropic<\/strong>, na qual a FTX tinha investido <strong>500 milh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares<\/strong> em 2021, adquirindo cerca de <strong>8% das a\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frente \u00e0 necessidade de <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.investx.fr\/pt\/noticias-cripto\/ftx-reembolsar-16-bilioes-oportunidade-bitcoin\/\">reembolsar os credores<\/a>, a gest\u00e3o da FTX teve de se desfazer desta participa\u00e7\u00e3o. Em mar\u00e7o de 2024, a exchange vendeu aproximadamente dois ter\u00e7os das suas a\u00e7\u00f5es na <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.investx.fr\/pt\/noticias-cripto\/anthropic-revoluciona-ia-claude-37-sonnet\/\">Anthropic<\/a> a um cons\u00f3rcio de investidores por <strong>884 milh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares<\/strong>. Posteriormente, em junho do mesmo ano, a FTX vendeu o restante, ou seja, <strong>15 milh\u00f5es de a\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>, a 30 d\u00f3lares cada, totalizando mais de <strong>450 milh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"um-investimento-potencialmente-colossal\"><strong>Um investimento potencialmente colossal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas transa\u00e7\u00f5es sucessivas permitiram \u00e0 FTX <strong>recuperar cerca de 1,3 mil milh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares<\/strong>, um montante consider\u00e1vel no \u00e2mbito do processo de fal\u00eancia.
