Esta informa\u00e7\u00e3o foi revelada por Geoffrey Kendrick, diretor global de pesquisa de ativos digitais no Standard Chartered Bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Coinbase dumped a whole lot of ETH in Q4. <br><br>As per Standard Chartered, the accumulated in Q2 &amp; Q3. De acordo com ele, a empresa realizou estas vendas de ether estrategicamente, comprando l\u00edquido no terceiro trimestre quando o pre\u00e7o estava mais baixo, para depois vender no quarto trimestre quando atingiu os <strong>4.000 d\u00f3lares.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;O facto de terem comprado l\u00edquido no <strong>T3 <\/strong>(quando os pre\u00e7os estavam em m\u00e9dia baixos) e vendido l\u00edquido no T4 (quando os pre\u00e7os estavam em m\u00e9dia mais altos) mostra que a Coinbase est\u00e1 a agir como qualquer maximizador de lucros ajustado ao risco faria&#8221;, afirmou Kendrick na sua nota.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-16018d1d wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/+TNBX8ef96gdjMGFk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Clique no link do Telegram agora<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"coinbase-refuta-as-acusacoes-de-trading\"><strong>Coinbase refuta as acusa\u00e7\u00f5es de trading<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por sua vez, a <strong>Coinbase <\/strong>admitiu ter vendido parte do seu <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.investx.fr\/pt\/investir-criptomoedas\/comprar\/ethereum\/\">ether<\/a> para <strong>financiar as suas opera\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>, sem especificar os montantes envolvidos. A empresa negou as alega\u00e7\u00f5es de que estaria envolvida em atividades de trading de forma regular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;A Base ganha <strong>ETH <\/strong>a partir das taxas do sequenciador, e o ETH que ganhamos \u00e9 principalmente detido para <strong>investimento <\/strong>a <strong>longo prazo<\/strong> ou usado para despesas <strong>operacionais<\/strong>, incluindo passivos fiscais e reinvestimento no crescimento atrav\u00e9s de coisas como sal\u00e1rios, subs\u00eddios, aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es e financiamento de bens p\u00fablicos&#8221;, afirmou um porta-voz da <strong>Coinbase<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com os c\u00e1lculos de Kendrick, as vendas l\u00edquidas de <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.investx.fr\/pt\/noticias-cripto\/ethereum-2025-o-que-falta-para-crescer\/\">ETH<\/a> da Coinbase nos \u00faltimos tr\u00eas trimestres totalizaram <strong>1.558 unidades<\/strong>, sugerindo um modelo de venda estrat\u00e9gica em vez de acumula\u00e7\u00e3o a longo prazo. No entanto, a Coinbase afirmou que os seus ativos em ETH detidos para investimento aumentaram <strong>20%<\/strong> ao longo de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainda que a Coinbase assegure que estas vendas visaram essencialmente financiar as suas atividades, isso levanta quest\u00f5es sobre a sua <strong>estrat\u00e9gia de gest\u00e3o<\/strong> de ativos cripto.
